The short version, and it is the whole version.

What this is

Reimagine is a role-play app for everyday conversations with characters you write yourself. It does not simulate how any real person would reply, and makes no claim to. Every reply is written by an AI model. The people you talk to are reimaginings, not the real people in your life — the app says so when you build your Persona, again in Settings, and in the conversation itself if you ask.

It is not therapy, counselling, medical or legal advice, and it is not a crisis service. If a conversation turns to harm, the app points to real help — please use it.

Your account

Creating an account means you accept these terms and the privacy page. If you do not, please do not create one.

You need an email address you can receive mail at, and you must be old enough to hold an account where you live. The name you use inside the app is yours to choose and may be invented. Keep your sign-in to yourself; anyone with it can read your conversations.

Do not use the app to build a character that impersonates a real person for someone else to be fooled by, to harass anyone, to depict a minor in any adult context, or for anything unlawful. Accounts doing that can be closed.

What it costs

There is no subscription. Every account gets 5 free messages and 5 free new conversations a day, counted separately. Past those, a message costs 0.20 credit, starting a conversation costs 0.20 credit, a picture costs 1 credit, and a portrait costs 0.50 credit. Credits are bought in packs, never expire, and are spent only when the work succeeds — nothing is charged for a picture that could not be made. The 18+ register is a separate one-time unlock, US$50, which never expires and includes 200 credits. Payment is handled by Stripe.

Credits are for use inside Reimagine. They are not money, they cannot be transferred, and buying them is not an investment.

Refunds

Credits and the 18+ unlock are digital content, made available to your account immediately on payment. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, credit reversals or exchanges, whether in money, credits or anything else.

• Credits you have spent are non-refundable. A credit consumed on a message, a picture or a portrait has been used. It cannot be returned, reversed, re-credited or exchanged, and the work it paid for cannot be un-done.
• Credits you have not spent are non-refundable as well. A balance you do not use — in whole or in part, and however long it sits unused — is not returnable. The same applies to the 18+ unlock, and to the credits included with it, once the register has been enabled on your account.

Two things this does not change. You are never charged for work that fails: a picture that could not be made costs nothing, and a credit is spent only once the work has succeeded. And nothing in this section removes a right you hold under the consumer law that applies where you live — where such a right applies, it applies in spite of anything written here.

We may correct a payment at our own discretion, a duplicate charge being the obvious case. Doing so once does not oblige us to do it again and does not vary the rest of this section.

What we cannot promise

Every reply and every picture is generated by an AI model. The output is probabilistic: the same request can produce a different result each time, and no particular result can be promised in advance.

We therefore do not warrant that any reply or image will be accurate, suitable, consistent with what came before, or of a standard you find satisfactory. A model may misread what you asked for, may decline a request, or may simply produce something you do not like. None of that is a defect in the service, and dissatisfaction with an output is not a ground for a refund. What you are never charged for is work that fails: a picture that could not be made costs nothing, and a credit is spent only once the work has succeeded.

Reimagine is provided as it is and as it is available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access. Features can change; this page changes with them.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of Reimagine, are governed by the laws of Singapore. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

If you use Reimagine as a consumer living somewhere else, this does not take away the protection of any mandatory rule of the law of the country you live in, nor any right you have under that law to bring proceedings there.

Leaving

Settings › Delete account removes your account and everything attached to it. It cannot be undone. Any unspent credits and the 18+ unlock go with it and are not refunded — closing your account is not a way to cash a balance out. Questions: thedigitalcollectiongame@gmail.com.
