The questionnaire comes first
Before the first conversation there are fifteen questions. They are not about your name or your job — they are situations, and you pick the response that is closest to what you would actually do.
Nothing in them asks for anything personal. There is no right answer and no score.
What it is working out
Whether you want to be pushed or given room. Whether humour helps or gets in the way. Whether you want the point first or the context first. Whether being asked how you feel lands as care or as an intrusion. Eight of those, derived from the answers rather than asked directly — because most people cannot answer "how do you like to be spoken to?" cold, but everyone knows which of two replies they would rather have received.
The result shapes every character you write. The same parent, described identically by two people, will talk differently to each of them.

In your own words, too
There is a free-text box on your Persona page for anything the questions did not catch — a thing you never want said to you, a way you want to be addressed, whatever it is. It rides along with the rest.
And it is all editable. Retake the questionnaire whenever the answers stop being true.
Questions
- Does the questionnaire ask for personal information?
- No. The questions are situations, not facts about you. The only personal data the app needs at all is the email address you sign in with.
- Can I change my answers later?
- Yes — you can retake it at any time, and there is a free-text box for anything the questions missed.
